Paneer 65 Dry Recipe
Ingredients :
- 100 gms Paneer (Farmer’s cheese)
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp wheat Flour
- 5 Peices Garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 4 Red Chillies
- small piece of Ginger
- 2 tbsp Cashewn nuts
- 1/2 Lemon
- 3 bunches curry leaves
- 4 bunches Coriander powder
- a pinch of red food color
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp curd
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- To start with we would need mixer.
- Grind ginger garlic black pepper red chillies and coriander.
- Add coriander leaves and curry leaves in the paste while adding water when required
- Take the paste in a bowl
- Cut the paneer (farmer’s cheese) into cubes and take them into a plate.
- Cut them in big peices as paneer softens when cooked.
- Take two tbsp of the paste then 2 tbsp of Rice flour and a tbsp of wheat flour, Add salt to taste and 1 tsp of garam masala along with red food coloring.
- Mix well.
- Then add 2tbsp curd and add cashew to the mixture.
- Add a tbsp of lemon juice after mixing properly
- Keep adding water till the paste is smooth without any lumps.
- Take oil in a pan and let it heat up
- Mix the paneer in the paste and fry them till golden brown.
- Let the oil heat up and then add the pieces or else paneer will absorb oil.
- Fry on medium flame for a minute.
- switch off the stove, take the fried paneer in a drainer and place them on a tissue paper.
- Paneer 65 is ready to serve hot..!!!
- Garnish the dish with coriander leaves and cherish eating.
